Lodi Community Art Center’s 57th Spring Art Annual is accepting entries. You will notice several changes this year. The show is at our gallery in Lodi’s charming old downtown, an area filled with wine tasting rooms, galleries, small shops, and restaurants. The show will be smaller, accommodating only the very best one hundred entries. The show will be longer, 16 days rather than a single weekend. While we will not be able to include photography this year, we look to having our 6th annual Photography Show in October to be the best ever!
We lost our long time venue at Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Winery, which has been an enormous friend to the show, as they are reconfiguring space and the barrel room was no longer available.

Calendar of Events
January 11 – First day of entries
Feburary 19 – Last day for early bird entry fees
March 26 – Last day to enter
March 30 – Jurying results posted to web page
April 22-23 (Sat/Sun) 12 noon to 5 pm–receiving work at gallery, Shipped work must arrive no later than April 24.
May 5, 6:00 to 8:30 pm – Reception, open to the public
May 5 – May 20, 12 noon to 5 pm Show open is open daily except for Mondays and Tuesdays.
May 20, 5 pm, May 21, 24, 25, and 26, noon to 5 pm –pick up art from show.
Entry fees are not refundable. Number of entries is unlimited.
LCAC Member Fee:
*Early Bird, 2 for $25, $10 each for additional entries .
* After Feb. 19, 2 for $30, $10 each for additional tries

Once Your Work Arrives at the Show
If the show requirements are not followed, the show chair or the chair’s designee may reject entries or modify an entry’s category. LCAC will not be responsible for loss or damage to art entered in the show. Accepted art must be the same as submitted on-line
All entries must be for sale. LCAC takes a 35% commission on works sold. All art must be original, conceived and created solely by entering artist. Work previously in an LCAC Spring Show is not eligible. No computer generated art. No copies, reprints, or giclees.
Unframed works on canvas must be painted around edges. Works must be wired for hanging in sturdy frames, glassed when needed to protect the art. Tape wire ends. Paintings may not exceed 3 ft in any direction. Sculpture is limited to a foot print of three feet. Contact us if sculpture is more than 3 ft high for approval.
Art being shipped to LCAC must have prepaid return shipping and arrive at LCAC by April 24. Also include a $15 handling fee.
No art may be removed before the close of the show at 5 pm, May 20. When picking up your art, you must present the receipts you will receive upon delivering your art to the gallery. Art left after May 31 becomes the property of LCAC unless you have previously made special arrangement.
We will have a bio book for public view. Bring a one page bio if you wish to be included.
