First Place in each category - $ 300.00

Art Show Conditions of Entry:

All entries must be images entered on-line via “SmarterEntry” through a link on our website www.lodiartcenter.org. Only 1 image per 2-D entry and 3 images per 3-D entry. Images must be JPEG and PC compatible. Acceptance notification will be via e-mail.
When  you fill out the entry form, please enter your price for each entry in the notes field.

 Entry fees are not refundable. Number of entries is unlimited. LCAC member fee is $20.00 for 1 or 2 entries. 3 or more are $10.00 ea. Non-members fee is $28.00 for 1 or 2 entries. 3 or more are $14.00 each
.Calendar of Events 

January 10th . First day for on-line entry of images.
March 31st. Last day for on-line entry of images. 
April 7th Artist acceptance notification e-mails sent.
April 27th &28th 12-5pm, Receiving of art work at 1373 Lakewood Mall, (200 block of N. Ham Lane) in Lodi. 
​April 29th. Awards Judging begins at 10 am.

May 11th. Preview Night Benefit, 6pm to 8pm. Theme of the Benefit is “Vintage Hollywood”. Artists are encouraged to attend in period costume. Dress warmly. Barrel Room is chilly. Tickets are $50.00. Artists in show may request (1) free ticket and (1) $20.00 ticket. Artist Awards will be presented at the Benefit.
May 12th & 13th. Exhibition is open from 11am to 5pm and is Free to the public.






The Show Chair, or the Chair’s designee, may reject entries or modify an entry’s category. LCAC will not be 
responsible for loss or damage to art entered in the show. Accepted art must be the same as submitted on-line.

All entries must be for sale. A 35% commission will be taken on all sales. Artists submitting entries must be at least 18 years of age. All art work must be original, conceived and created solely by the entering artist and completed in the last 24 months. Work previously shown in an LCAC Spring Art Annual is ineligible. No computer-generated only art will be accepted. No copies, reprints or likenesses will be accepted.  

Unframed oils/acrylics accepted only if the painting extends around edges. All others must be framed. All entries must be wired and glassed where appropriate. (Use acrylic or Plexiglas on works over 22”x28”). Use sufficiently sturdy frames and supports. Wiring ends on back of artwork must be taped. Painting size is not to exceed 6 feet in any direction, weight not to exceed 50 pounds. Sculpture is limited to 6 feet in height and 50 pounds per section. Total weight may not exceed 300 pounds. Show chair may make exceptions upon request. 3-dimensional pieces are displayed on wine barrels. Any alternative stands must be provided by the artist. No wet paintings or class work pieces will be accepted.

Artists must move fragile art pieces to the show.

Accepted art being shipped to LCAC must have pre-paid return shipping and arrive at LCAC by April 27th. Zip Code is 95242. A check of $15.00 per piece must accompany shipped art for re-packing. Shipped art will be re-sent by May 21st. 

No art in the show may be removed before the close of the show. Items in the show may be picked up at the winery Sunday May 13, only after the show is over, between 5:10 and 6 pm. When picking up your art , you must present the portion of the entry form you received when delivering your art to LCAC.

Award winning artists are invited to leave their work in a special exhibit at the LCAC gallery through the month of June for additional sales opportunities. There will be no hanging fee for this exhibit. All other items in the show are to be picked up at the end of the show. Anything left will be stored at the Gallery at a fee of $5/day starting on May 19th.
